Sheryl-Underwood
Sheryl Underwood, a American comedian and television host best known as the anchor on The Talk, a popular talk show broadcast on daytime television. She was born in Little Rock and Atwater. Sheryl comes out of a very troubled background. Sheryl was a part of her life taking care of her sister Frankie and her polio-infected sister. When she was growing up, Sheryl was plagued by problems with her mother. Sheryl says that her mother once stabbed at her father for getting too close. Sheryl joined up the military soon after she graduated the college. However, her interests lay in comedy. In 1989, she became the first woman to make the top of the Miller Lite Comedy Search contest. Her TV career started in 1992 as a participant on the HBO comedy series Def Comedy Jam. She hosted the television show Oh Drama! in 2000. In the past, she has been a host on The Talk since 2011. She's also appeared in fictional programs like Bulworth Niki as well as Beauty Shop.
